1. Introduction
Welcome to Gofernets! We are excited to have you join our community of logistics service providers and vendors. Our registration process is designed to ensure the safety and security of our members. By registering with us, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Membership and Verification
- Operators (Logistics Service Providers) must pay their membership fee immediately upon joining the group.
- All members must undergo verification to receive a verification badge on their profile.
- Verification badges are issued upon successful completion of the verification process.
3. Job Posting and Execution
- All jobs must be posted on this group.
- Operators must not take on jobs they cannot complete.
- Payments must be made promptly, and any delays must be reported to the admin (@gofernetsman) in advance.
- Operators must not release parcels at delivery points until payment has been made.
- Vendors must provide all necessary information attached to the parcel to facilitate smooth pickup and delivery.
- Operators must confirm pickup requests from the pickup location and delivery requests from the delivery location.
4. Conduct and Behavior
- No spamming or promotional posts are allowed.
- No form of conversation or discussion is allowed in this group. Please use the designated general discussion group.
- Any violations will result in immediate removal from the group.
5. Payment Terms
- Vendors must release payment on time once their package arrives.
- Payment must be made to the Operator first before receiving the parcel.
6. Liability and Indemnification
- Gofernets shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses resulting from transactions or interactions among members.
- Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gofernets and its administrators from any claims or damages arising from their actions or omissions.
7. Safety Tips
- Vendors must ensure they search for Operators on www.gofernets.com/operators before assigning jobs.
- Operators must register and be verified on our platform.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country/State].
